Cancellation by the Client

If Luxa Bina Tours must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational issues, clients will be offered:

The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
Partial Services
If a tour is shortened or interrupted due to client decisions, weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control, no partial refunds will be provided.
Third-Party Costs
Certain services may involve third-party providers (such as transportation or entry fees). Any non-refundable charges imposed by third parties are not eligible for refund.
